Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our online platform and the talent acquisition, recruitment, HR consulting, workforce solutions and career development services provided through this service.

By using our site, submitting information, requesting services or engaging with us as a candidate, client, employer or other user, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this service.

1. About the Service

Our service supports organisations with recruitment, talent acquisition, workforce planning and HR-related consulting. We may also provide career development resources and related services to individuals seeking employment or professional development.

The availability, scope and pricing of particular services may depend on the engagement agreed with the relevant client or user. Additional written terms may apply to specific assignments, and those terms will form part of the agreement where applicable.

2. Eligibility and Acceptable Use

You must provide accurate and lawful information when using this service. You must not use our online platform:

3. Candidate Information and Applications

Candidates are responsible for ensuring that CVs, applications, qualifications, employment histories, references and other information submitted through this service are complete, accurate and up to date.

You must have the right to provide any personal information, references, documents or other materials that you submit. You should not provide confidential information belonging to a former or current employer unless you are authorised to do so.

Submitting an application does not guarantee an interview, placement, employment offer or any particular outcome. Recruitment decisions remain with the relevant employer, and candidates are responsible for independently assessing the suitability of any role or opportunity.

4. Client and Employer Responsibilities

Clients and employers must provide accurate information about vacancies, working arrangements, qualifications, remuneration, location and any other material conditions of an opportunity.

Clients and employers are responsible for complying with applicable employment, equality, immigration, health and safety, data protection and other legal requirements. They must assess candidates fairly and must not use our service to support unlawful discrimination or other prohibited conduct.

A client or employer remains responsible for its recruitment decisions, employment contracts, onboarding, supervision, payroll and ongoing employment relationship unless a separate workforce solutions agreement states otherwise.

5. Recruitment and Workforce Solutions

Where recruitment or workforce solutions are provided, the applicable engagement terms may specify fees, replacement provisions, payment deadlines, assignment periods, cancellation rights and other commercial conditions.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, we do not guarantee that a vacancy will be filled, that a candidate will accept an offer, that an assignment will continue for a particular period or that a candidate or employer will achieve a particular result.

6. HR Consulting and Career Development

HR consulting, workforce guidance and career development materials are provided for general informational and professional support purposes. They do not constitute legal, tax, medical, financial or regulated professional advice unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.

You should obtain advice from an appropriately qualified professional before making decisions that depend on your specific circumstances. We do not guarantee promotion, employment, business performance, compliance outcomes or any other particular result.

7. Fees and Payment

Any fees for services will be communicated before the relevant engagement begins or will be set out in the applicable service agreement. Unless different payment terms are agreed, invoices must be paid within the period stated on the invoice.

We may suspend or withdraw services where an undisputed amount remains overdue. A client must not avoid an agreed recruitment fee by directly or indirectly engaging a candidate introduced through our service, where the applicable engagement terms provide for such a fee.

8. Privacy and Personal Data

We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection law and our privacy information. Candidates, clients and other users should provide only information that is relevant and necessary for the intended recruitment, HR or career development purpose.

Where you provide personal data relating to another person, you must have a lawful basis and any required authority to do so. Clients and employers are responsible for their own processing activities and for meeting their obligations as data controllers or processors where applicable.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, designs, text, logos, processes and resources made available through our online platform are owned by or licensed to us unless otherwise stated. You may use them only for their intended personal or business purpose and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

You must not reproduce, modify, publish, sell, sublicense, distribute or create derivative works from our materials without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

10. Third-Party Services and Opportunities

Our service may contain links to third-party websites, job listings, software or resources. These are provided for convenience, and we do not control or endorse third-party content, availability, security, practices or terms.

You should review the applicable third-party terms and privacy information before using third-party services or accepting an employment or engagement opportunity.

11. Availability and Suspension

We aim to keep our online platform available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation or that all content will remain current. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the service for operational, security, legal or business reasons.

We may restrict or terminate access where we reasonably believe that a user has breached these Terms and Conditions, created a risk to others or used the service unlawfully.

12. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of opportunity, loss of profits, loss of data or loss arising from a recruitment or employment decision made by you or a third party.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

13. Indemnity

You agree to compensate us for reasonable losses, claims, costs and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms and Conditions, your unlawful use of the service or your infringement of another person's rights.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements or operating practices. The updated version will apply when made available through our online platform. Your continued use of the service after an update indicates acceptance of the revised terms.

15. Governing Law and Contact Address

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland. Subject to any mandatory rights you may have, the courts of Ireland will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from or connected with these Terms and Conditions.
